Christmas Mint Slice Balls
Christmas baubles 5 super simple mint mint ingredients made with cheese and mint cake… the right Christmas dessert or homemade gift!
200 g Arnott's Mint Slice
125 g soft cheese
150 g of liquid chocolate
1 tablespoon copra oil (optional) or oil / kopha
20 M & Ms red
10 spearmint lollipops see note
1.Crush the Mint Slice cake during a kitchen appliance until it resembles fine crumbs. Place during a large bowl.
2.Add the softened cheese and blend until well blended.
3.Roll the dough into teaspoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate or freeze for half-hour until set.
4.Slice the spearmint leaves into small slices (you will get around 5 of each) and put aside .
5.Melt the chocolate and copra oil (optional) during a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds for 2-3 minutes, stirring whenever , until tender. fade away. Use a bowl deep enough to dip the cheesecake balls into.
6.Carefully dip a mint-sliced cheesecake ball into the chocolate mixture with a fork (or two teaspoons) and return it to the tray - letting the remaining chocolate drip off.
7.Place a red M&M and two slither of spearmint leaves on top of every ball.
8.Return to the refrigerator for 3 hours, then store in an airtight container within the refrigerator for up to five days.
