 Fruit Cocktail Cake



Probably one among the simplest dessert recipes to form , fruit cakes are amazing, chewy, sweet and best served hot with topping .


INGREDIENTS

1 box of cocktail

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1 beaten egg

1/2 cup sugar

Topping shake


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Add all ingredients except sugar to a bowl and blend .

2.Pour into a greased 9x9 square mold and sprinkle sugar on top

3.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour

4.Serve hot with a touch whipped topping
