Ham and Cheese Puffs


 



Ham and Cheese Puffs







These two bite ham and cheese mini bites will be devoured whether served as an appetizer, brunch, or the occasional game day snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3/4 cup diced ham
  • 13.2 ounces of Wewalka puff pastry
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/3 cup peach or apricot jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 425 °.

Then, unroll the puff pastry on baking paper.

Cut the puff pastry into 16 rectangles.

Spread about 1 teaspoon of jam on each rectangle, garnish with ham and cheese.

Fold the opposite corners of the puff pastry together in the middle and gently press together.

Use parchment paper to line the baking sheet and brush with egg.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
