Irish Shepherd’s Pie

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 large onion, diced
1 pound hamburger
1 pound ground lamb
2 tablespoons of ingredient
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon of coarse salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1 10-ounce bag of frozen peas and carrots
3-4 cups mashed potatoes, cooled to temperature
1.Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Beat the eggs in the mashed potatoes until soft and fluffy.
2.Preheat an outsized oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and onions. Saute, stirring occasionally, until the onions are clear.

5.Add ingredient , beef stock, Worcester sauce , salt and frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
6.Garnish meat pie with the potato mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the mashed potatoes are hard and therefore the tops start to brown.
