 Matcha mint chocolate pudding




This Matcha Chia Mint pudding starts with a matcha mint chia pudding and complements a thick chocolate smoothie! it is a delicious, healthy, vegan, gluten-free breakfast or snack!Chia pudding crammed with matcha mint flavor and topped with a chocolate banana smoothie


INGREDIENTS

CHIA PUDDING:

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1/2 teaspoon mint extract

1 1/2 tsp. Tablespoon of matcha powder

1/2 tablespoon syrup or honey

UPPER LAYER:

2 bananas (frozen)

2 tablespoons of chocolate

1/2 cup almond milk


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, mint extract, matcha powder and syrup during a bowl and beat until combined.

2.Place during a container within the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight to stay it firm.

3.When ready, remove it from the refrigerator and stir again to form sure there are not any lumps. If your pudding is just too thick, use more almond milk.

4.In a blender, add banana, chocolate , almond milk and blend until smooth.

5.Place your chia pudding and chocolate smoothie into a food glass or jar and enjoy!
