Motichoor Ladoo Cheesecake Jars
Motichoor Ladoo No-Bake Cheesecake Jar makes an expensive dessert for the vacation season! Layers of cheesecake, boondi ladoo crumbles, and parl-g crust make this dessert irresistible!
For the dough
3/4 cup crushed Speak-G cookie crumbs from about 15 Speak-G cookies
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melt and funky a touch
pinch of cardamom powder
For the cheesecake
8 ounces of sentimental cheese
1/2 cup 50 grams of castor sugar , also referred to as powdered sugar (not a substitute for plain white sugar)
a few drops of optional Kesar Elaichi essence
1 / 2-3 / 4 cup cream counting on how light the cheesecake is, i exploit 1/2 cup
3-4 ladoos motichoor, crushed, each ladoo weighs about 50 grams

4.Using your stand mixer pedal or employing a hand mixer, beat the softened cheese for 3 to 4 minutes until soft. Then add granulated sugar and blend .
5.Add kesar elaichi essence (if any) and blend . Order cheese .
6.In another bowl, beat the cream until it forms stiff peaks employing a wire whisk on your stand mixer or using your stand mixer.
7.Start by adding the topping to the cheese mixture employing a spatula. Stir 2 to three parts topping into the cheese mixture until combined.
8.Now crush the boondi ladoos during a bowl.

11.I make alternating layers of crushed cheesecake and boondi, you only need to make one layer of cheese cake filling, then crush the ladoo on top - it's up to you. The layers make it prettier.
12.No-Bake Motichoor Ladoo Cheesecake jar with sliced almonds, pistachios, and chandi ka vark. Cover and place within the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
