Mushroom Bhaji


 Mushroom Bhaji



Indian mushroom bhaji is perhaps the simplest Indian dish I even have ever seen! it is easy and fast to form , using very basic ingredients and much of flavors! Prepare it in only 10 to fifteen minutes and you'll have a wonderful cornmeal able to eat.


INGREDIENTS

▢1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

▢1 onion, diced

▢1 green chili seeds discarded then dig cubes

14 ounces (400 grams) of mushrooms cut in half

▢½ teaspoon salt

▢2 chopped garlic cloves

▢1 teaspoon ground cumin

▢1 teaspoon ground coriander

▢½ teaspoon smoked paprika

▢½ teaspoon powdered turmeric

▢½ teaspoon garam masala

▢1 tablespoon ingredient

▢¼ cup (60 mL) of water


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a wok or deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil and saute the green peppers and onions until the onions are soft and translucent. Add the mushroom slices and salt and cook until the mushrooms start to brown.

2.Add chopped garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant. Then add ground spices, ingredient and water. Boil until sauce thickens and serve.
