Oyster Beef with Chinese Broccoli
Healthy and delicious oyster beef with Chinese broccoli is on my list of beef fry recipes. i do not know the 2 ingredients
150 g beef, sliced
6-8 chinese broccoli, peel hard and drain
1 teaspoon vegetable oil , for boiling broccoli
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 slices of ginger
pinch of salt, to boil broccoli
1 teaspoon. starch, I used sweet potato starch within the video
1 teaspoon. Oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1 teaspoon. Chinese cooking wine
1/4 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon. cooking oil
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon black soy , to darken the colour
1.Slice the meat against the grain.
2.Transfer the meat slices to a bowl and add all the marinated sauce except the oil. Hold it in your hand to form sure the meat slices absorb the marinated sauce. Then coat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil . put aside to marinate for a minimum of quarter-hour . you'll also prepare pre-marinated beef and put it within the refrigerator overnight.
3.Meanwhile, remove the tough skin from the Chinese broccoli. then cut it into pieces at an angle. Also separate the leaves. Boil water during a large saucepan, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt (this step can help keep the leaves green color and crunchy texture, spread everywhere the vegetables with dark leaves). Add the chinese broccoli, the stalk first and therefore the leaves then. Boil the chinese broccoli until the water boils again. Remove and drain.
4.In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, black soy , sugar and vegetable oil .
5.Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the recent skillet with the ginger slices (skillet must be preheated). Place the meat when the oil is warm but not hot. Let stand a couple of moments until the starch is finished gelatin, then fry briefly until the meat changes color (don't let the meat overcook).
6.Add the sauteed sauce and boiled Chinese broccoli. Stir well and take away completely.
