Gluten Free Raspberry Sheet Cake may be a festive and delightful cake, ideal for holidays like Christmas or Valentine Day . This elegant dessert features a delicious cheese frosting with a raspberry pie filling that's totally irresistible. This cake only uses 3 ingredients for the cake and 5 ingredients for the frosting, so it's pretty easy to form any time, whether there is a special event or not. While this recipe is gluten-free, it also can be made with regular cake mixes if you're gluten intolerant. If you're keen on raspberries, all you would like to try to to is make this incredible dessert.


INGREDIENT

CAKE:

17 oz can of Pillsbury Gluten Free Yellow ready-mix

22 oz can of Lucky Leaf raspberry Pie Contents

4 large eggs

CHEESE ICING:

8 ounces pkg. soft cheese

1 teaspoon. vanilla

1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)

4 cups granulated sugar

22 oz can of Lucky Leaf raspberry Pie Contents


INSTRUCTIONS

CAKE:

1.Combine the cake and egg mixture.

2.Stir within the pie filling.

3.Spread it into a greased 12 x 17 inch baking pan.

4.Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted within the center comes out clean.

5.Let it cool completely before adding frosting.

CHEESE ICING:

7.In a small bowl, beat the cheese , vanilla and butter.

8.Add granulated sugar one cup at a time, beating after each addition.

9.Beat until smooth.

10.Spread over the cooled cake.

11.Spread the pie filling on top of the icing.

12.Cool before serving.
