ROASTED VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE


 ROASTED VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE



If I find breakfast absolutely fantastic, a bagel bar, if you'll - with many flavors of cheese , toppings and drizzle, fruit and spread and even vegetables.


INGREDIENTS

GRILLED VEGETABLE CHEESE

1/2 red chili, chopped

1/2 orange pepper, chopped

1/2 shallot, diced

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

1 block (8 ounces) cheese , softened

LOX BAGEL

1 sesame bagel, toasted

1/4 cucumber without seeds, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon toasted vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds,

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/2 lemon, squeeze

salt and pepper for seasoning

2 to 4 ounces of salmon


INSTRUCTIONS

GRILLED VEGETABLE CHEESE

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the bell peppers and shallots to the pan and blend with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake, 15 to twenty minutes, stirring once, until caramelized and sweet.

2.Place the cheese during a large bowl. Add grilled vegetables and chopped green onions. Stir well to mix . (You can use a kitchen appliance if you wish , but i really like the cut!) This appliance keeps well within the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.

LOX BAGEL

3.Cover the bagel together with your vegetarian cheese . In a bowl, mix the cucumber with the oil and sesame seeds. Spray the avocado with lemon and season with salt and pepper. Make your bagel by adding cucumber, avocado and salmon on top!
