 Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts



This easy stuffed pigeon breast recipe will become a replacement low-carb family favorite! cheese and parmesan add plenty of flavor to the present spinach stuffed chicken and therefore the whole recipe is super quick to form .


INGREDIENTS

4 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon vegetable oil or avocado oil

1 cup paprika

1 teaspoon salt, divided

¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

4 ounces of cheese , softened

¼ cup of grated parmesan

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 ½ cup chopped fresh spinach

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

½ teaspoon red chili flakes


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.Place the pigeon breast on a chopping board and drizzle with oil.

3.Add the paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder and shallot powder during a small bowl and blend well. Sprinkle evenly on each side of the chicken.

4.Use a pointy knife to chop the pockets on all sides of the pigeon breast . Order chicken.

5.Add cheese , parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red chilies and therefore the remaining half a teaspoon of salt during a small bowl and blend well.

6.Distribute the spinach mixture evenly between each pigeon breast .

7.Place pigeon breast on baking sheet, Bake, open lid, for 25 to half-hour or until chicken is fully cooked.
