 Tandoori Prawns Recipes



Tandoori prawns are grilled shrimp skewers loaded with bold Indian flavors. determine the way to prepare grilled Indian shrimp during a few easy steps.


INGREDIENTS

500 grams of prawns cleaned and therefore the tail intact

Juice of 1 lemon

A few chopped cilantro

Ingredients for the marinade:

1/3 cup condensed sour milk

1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon Kashmiri red flavorer

1/2 teaspoon Masala Salt

1/2 teaspoon of ground jeera powder

1 teaspoon Tandoori Masala optional

1 tablespoon mustard oil sarson oil


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Clean, clean and rinse the shrimp. Leave the tail intact.

2.Combine all seasoning ingredients during a bowl. Beat until well blended.

3.Add the shrimp to the seasonings and blend well.

4.Let the prawns soak within the seasonings overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour.

5.Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10 to fifteen minutes before adding the shrimp.

6.Put the seasoned shrimp on bamboo skewers, set aside.

7.Grill the prawns on a charcoal grill / drip pan until cooked and slightly charred on each side .

8.Shrimp should take no quite quarter-hour to bake completely.

9.Sprinkle with juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro just before serving.

10.Serve tandoori prawns with mint chili and coriander.
