 Chocolate Marble Cake Loaf

This simple, tasty and chewy brown marble pastry bun may be a fun sweet treat that's enough to quell sweet cravings without being too spoiled.


2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

2 teaspoons leaven

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melt, cool slightly

1/4 cup predicament

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon of water

2 teaspoons of sugar


1.Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 5 inch bread pan and put aside .

2.In a large bowl, beat all dry ingredients until combined. In another bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla, and predicament . Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. Leave 1 cup of dough.

3.Melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir the melted mixture into 1 cup of dough that has been ordered until the colour is even. Pour half the vanilla mixture into the bread pan. Pour the chocolate mixture on top and eventually , pour within the remainder of the vanilla mixture. Use a knife and slide it over the dough 2 times to make a marbling effect. Sprinkle sugar on top.

4.Bake in preheated oven for 50 to hour or until a toothpick inserted within the center of the cake comes out clean. Chill on the rack for ten minutes. Then remove from pan and let cool
