This dish recipe isn't only visually stunning with its myriad of vegetables and meat, but also delicious and healthy! this is often a colourful stir-fry of vegetables that's easy to stir during a thick and delicious sauce, ideal for special occasions or for everyday healthy meals.


2 tablespoons of oil

▢2 cloves of garlic

▢1 cup chicken

▢1 cup shrimp

▢2 tablespoons cornstarch

3-4 tablespoons of oyster sauce

▢¼ teaspoon ground pepper

▢1 cup cauliflower florets

▢1 cup broccoli florets

▢1 medium carrot

▢1 cup sugar

▢1 small pepper

▢1 bunch of pak choi

▢1 medium purple onion

▢3-4 mushrooms

▢5 pieces of baby corn



1.In a large skillet or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until soft. Add the side of pork slices and cook, stirring regularly, until all sides are cooked. Add shrimp and do an equivalent .

2.Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan and add the oyster sauce and ground pepper, bring back a boil. Doing this early will keep the vegetables fresh and help avoid overcooking them. Remove the shrimp.

3.Add the primary vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas and cook, covered, for about 2-3 minutes.

4.Add the remaining vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and crisp and therefore the sauce thickens. Return the shrimp. Season with salt if necessary. Serve hot.
