 Hazelnut Mocha Eclairs

Once you are trying it, especially the content, you'll be in heaven. they create a special ending to a meal and that they are perfect with coffee or tea.


1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup 2% milk

1/2 cup butter, diced

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 large eggs, temperature


1 tablespoon instant coffee grains

1 tablespoon of boiling water

2 cups heavy light whipping cream

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, divided


1/2 cup of liquid chocolate chips


1.In a large saucepan, bring water, milk, butter, sugar and salt to a boil. Add flour all directly and blend until it forms a smooth ball. Remove from fire; let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, one by one, beat well. still beat until the mixture is smooth and glossy .

2.Transfer to a resealable, sturdy plastic bag; cut 1-in. a hole in one corner of the bag. 3 in. Hose about 3 inch strips on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 ° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 °; bake 15 to twenty minutes longer or until golden brown.

5.Fill the ├ęclairs right before serving; replace the highest . Brush with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts. Cool leftovers.
