 Lemon Lava Cake Recipe

A very fluffy cake with a rather crunchy edge and a sticky center of melted lemon and excellent chocolate lava, this lemon cake seems to be super easy and totally decadent!


8 ounces of chocolate

▢8 tablespoons unsalted butter

▢1 1/2 cups granulated sugar , sifted

▢3 large eggs

▢3 large ingredient

▢1 teaspoon vanilla

▢2 tablespoons of juice

2 lemon peel

▢ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

▢1 / 4 teaspoon salt


1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and grease the 6-cavity jumbo muffin pan with butter. *

2.In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together. It only takes 60 seconds within the microwave.

3.After melting, add sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon and lemon peel until all the ingredients are well blended.

4.Using a spatula, slowly add the flour and salt. Don't misunderstanding an excessive amount of .

5.Pour batter into the prepared muffin pan.

6.Bake for 15-17 minutes (mine is ideal at 15).

7.Let it cool within the pan for five minutes.

8.Run the knife along the side of the cake.

9.Place the pan on the muffin tin and switch it over. The cake must begin .

10.Sprinkle with granulated sugar , topping , fruit, ice cream, etc. and serve immediately!
