 Raspberry Tartlets

Amazing raspberry chocolate tart with oreo crust, raspberry filling and cheese cheese. do this mini dessert recipe for the vacations .


12 chocolate sandwiches

4 tablespoons melted butter

4 tbsp. Raspberry pie filling or raspberry sauce

4 ounces of cheese , softened

1 cup heavy light whipping cream

4 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 tbsp. CENTER Crispy Cluster


1.Crush the filled chocolate sandwich cake into fine crumbs.

2.Pour melted butter over the crumbs and blend until combined.

3.To form a crust, press 2 1/2 tablespoons of cake mixture into each of the four mini tart molds (3 3/4 inch mine size with detachable bottom) and place them within the freezer to harden.

4.In a medium bowl, beat soft cheese .

6.In another bowl, beat the thick light whipping cream until smooth.

7.Add cheese and beat until stiff peaks form.

8.Stir within the powdered sugar and vanilla.

9.Place a tablespoon of raspberry pie filling or raspberry sauce within the center of every cake crust.

10.Distribute the topping cheesecake over the raspberry tartlet.

11.Sprinkle each tart with 1 tablespoon BROOKSIDE Crunchy Clusters.

12.Carefully remove the tarts from the pan and store within the refrigerator until able to serve.
