This Broccoli Mushroom Salmon Gratin may be a healthy and nutritious weekday meal that your family will love!

2 6 to eight ounces of skinless salmon fillet

2 cups broccoli florets

4 ounces of crimini mushrooms

1 small onion, thinly sliced

400 ml of milk

3 tablespoons butter

6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

salt to taste

mozzarella or pot cheese mix

1.Prepare the white sauce: mix the chopped onions and flour. Heat a skillet and add butter. Add the onions and cook until they're not floury and white. Add milk gradually, stirring well after each addition. Once the milk has been added, continue stirring until it thickens. Salt to taste.

2.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces and boil them in salted water, microwave and salt, or steam and salt. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and season with salt. Cut mushrooms into quarters (or two or six counting on size). Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly brown the salmon chunks. Remove the salmon, chocolate and mushroom salt.

3.Place broccoli, mushrooms, and salmon on individual gratin plates or in casserole dishes. Pour the bechamel sauce over it and stir gently to assist lift the pieces. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake within the oven until melted. Quickly insert rock bottom of the broiler in order that it's more brownish, if desired.
