Salted Egg Shrimp
Singapore Salted Egg Shrimp is straightforward to form but delicious! Baked with salted ingredient , milk and spices, this is often a fragile , flavorful and spicy seafood you'll love with steamed rice.
▢ 1 pound large shrimp
▢2 tablespoons of butter
▢1 tablespoon of oil
▢2 purple onion , peeled and finely chopped
▢2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
▢2 Thai bell pepper, seeded and sliced
▢1 cup of milk
▢6 salted ingredient , crushed
▢½ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
1.Cut the shrimp tendrils and wash them in cold water. during a colander, drain.
2.In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the butter and oil.
3.When the butter starts to melt, add the shallots, garlic and peppers. Cook, stirring regularly, for about 1 minute or until soft.
4.Reduce heat, add evaporated millet and convey to a boil.
5.Add the salted ingredient and continue cooking, puree the yolk with the rear of a spoon, for about 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
6.Add sugar and season with salt to taste.
7.Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until they turn pink and therefore the sauce thickens.
8.Remove from heat and serve hot.
