 Grilled Orange & Za'atar Lamb Chops

Roasted chilies and zaatar meat during a tangy minty yogurt sauce. a mixture of flavors from heaven. the foremost delicious meat you'll ever eat.


8 lamb chops

9 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 1/2 tsp. Za'atar tablespoon

1 1/2 teaspoons flavorer

1 orange

4 cloves garlic

A handful of mint

1 lemon



Olive oil


Step 1.

Place your lamb, 4 tbsp. Yogurt, za'atar, flavorer and grated orange rind during a bowl. Grate garlic, salt, pepper and add a touch vegetable oil then stir until evenly coated. Cover and soak for half-hour .

2nd step.

It's sauce time. Cut your mint leaves (save some for garnishing) and add them to a different bowl with the remainder of your yogurt, grated half an orange and a touch orange and juice . Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with vegetable oil . Mix and leave within the refrigerator until able to use.


Once your meat is prepared , put it on an electrical stove over high heat and cook for about 5 minutes per side until cooked and charred.


Stack it on a plate, pour your tangy yogurt on top and sprinkle it over the remainder of the mint, grated orange peel , and a pinch of flavorer . Back!
