A raspberry dessert made with raspberry jelly, raspberry and whipped topping. Raspberry cups are delicious and classy enough for any occasion.

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1 6 ounce can of raspberry jelly

1 8 oz Cool Whip Topping container (can be found within the freezer aisle near frozen fruit) See Notes *

12 ounces of frozen raspberries

1.In a microwave-safe bowl, heat 1 1/2 cups of water until extremely popular (about 1 1/2 to three minutes counting on water temperature at start-up).

2.Add the raspberry jelly to boiling water. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

3.Add frozen raspberries to the Jello mixture.

4.Just a couple of minutes until the Jello mixture cools and starts to thicken. After thickening, pour 1 cup of the mixture into a replacement bowl.

5.Add 1/2 to 3/4 Cool Whip to 1 cup of Jello mixture. Mix well.

6.Add an equal amount of fresh cream mixture to rock bottom of every glass.

7.Carefully pour the Jello mixture over the soft, cool beaten mixture.

8.Place the remaining fresh beaten into the pastry bag with a star-shaped tip. Pour a fresh beaten topping over each cup of Raspberry Jelly Delight.

9.Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
