 Bacony Gnocchi Bake

It doesn't get any longer heartwarming than this. Salted smoked bacon, soft gnocchi, fresh basil, sweet tomatoes and delicious melted mozzarella and parmesan. Charming.


50g parmesan

300g mozzarella

900g cherry tomatoes

200g spinach

A bunch of basil

2 cloves of garlic

400g of smoked bacon

500g of gnocchi



Olive oil


Step 1.

Add lard to the pan and cook until crispy.

2nd step.

Add your cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to explode. Chop your garlic and increase the pan. Stir and add your spinach and basil leaves.


After wilting, mix everything. Season with salt and pepper. Boil it until the sauce is thick and rich in flavor.


When the sauce thickens, place your gnocchi during a bowl and canopy with boiling water.

Step 5.

After the sauce thickens, remove from heat. Drain the gnocchi and increase the sauce.


Pour the gnocchi into the pan and distribute it. Tear two mozzarella balls on top. Cover the entire plate with grated Parmesan, season with pepper and a touch vegetable oil .

Step 7.

Bake for quarter-hour or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
