 Easy Peanut Noodles

How to Make the simplest Peanut Noodles with Ease! Use my best Thai peanut sauce with an easy tip to form these quick peanut noodles.


16 ounces of pasta

for the sauce

1 cup of natural unsweetened spread

1/4 cup low-sodium soy

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons of chili garlic, more or less consistent with taste

2 tablespoons fresh juice

3 garlic cloves, puree or grate

1 tablespoon grated ginger

For decoration (all optional)

3 spring onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/4 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped


1.Cook pasta consistent with package directions. Before draining, put aside a cup of cooking water and put aside .

2.Combine all ingredients to form peanut sauce. Beat until well blended.

3.After the pasta is drained, add the peanut sauce. Stir into the noodles, gradually add the pasta water until the specified consistency is achieved. you'll only need about 1/4 cup of pasta water, not all.

4.Serve and garnish with chives, sesame seeds and mashed nuts if desired.
