Grilled cottage cheese curry
Paneer tikka masala may be a flavorful dish, ideally paired with garlic naan or roasted tandoori. you'll serve the tikka as a starter and later serve a part of it as a curry. clean.
INGREDIENTS
Paneer tikka prepared with 400g paneer (see recipe in instructions)
2 tablespoons of ghee or oil
2 medium onions, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, mashed
Spices
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 tablespoon of ginger and chilli paste
1 teaspoon of red cold powder
2 teaspoons of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder
According to the taste of the cells
2 tablespoons of yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat the oil during a pan, add the ginger, chili peppers and finely chopped onion with salt, cook until browned
2.Now add the tomato puree and let it soften.
3.Add the spices and cook until the oil oozes out.
4.Add the yogurt, cook for a couple of minutes and add 2 cups of water.
5.Cook until boiling.
6.Add the tikka paneer cubes with the pepper and blend well.
7.Cook for 10 minutes, close up the warmth .
8.Serve hot with roasted rice or jeera.
