This Funfetti cheese cake recipe is thick, soft, and delicious! And to form it even better, it's a homemade cake base instead of your average cheesecake crust. this is often an excellent fun recipe perfect for celebrating any family event!

1/4 cup (58 g) soured cream , temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 large egg whites, temperature

3/4 cup (98 g) all-purpose flour

1 1/4 teaspoons leaven

1/4 cup (60 mL) milk, temperature

1 tbsp (15 mL) water, temperature

2 tablespoons of vermicelli

Teal gel frosting color, optional


24 ounces (678 g) of cheese , temperature

1 cup (207 g) sugar

3 tbsp. (24 g) all-purpose flour

1 cup (230 g) soured cream , temperature

1 tablespoon vanilla

3 large eggs, temperature

5 tablespoons of vermicelli

3/4 cup (86 g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

9. Spread the cake mixture evenly on rock bottom of the prepared baking sheet.

10. Bake for 18 to twenty minutes or until a toothpick is put out with a touch crumb. put aside the cake to chill .
