Thai Style Sweet Chili Ribs
Super Easy Slow Cooker Homemade Baby Back Ribs with Savory Thai Sweet Thai BBQ Sauce!
INGREDIENTS
For the seasoning:
1/3 cup sweet condiment
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon juice (or rice vinegar)
For BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup sweet condiment
1/4 cup spread
1 tablespoon red curry paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon juice (or rice vinegar)
For the ribs:
5-6 pounds of pork ribs (baby back or ribs) (2 racks), silver skin removed and cut with fat
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
For the seasoning:
1.Combine all ingredients, grease the ribs and soak during a closed container within the refrigerator overnight.
For BBQ sauce:
2.Combine everything during a small saucepan over medium heat until the spread is melted and therefore the sauce is smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
For the ribs:
