 Bourbon Caramel Cheesecake

Bourbon Caramel Bacon Cheesecake may be a bourbon caramel cheesecake with crispy bacon and sprinkled with chocolate caramel. this is often a simple cheesecake recipe that you simply shouldn't miss.



1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs 9-10 full sheet graham crackers

6 tablespoons melted butter

1/3 cup sugar

4 packages cheese , temperature 8 ounces each

5 large eggs at temperature

2 cups temperature soured cream

8 tablespoons butter, temperature 1 stick

1½ cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 teaspoons bourbon caramel syrup

1 tsp juice


Bacon-cooked until crispy-cooked & chopped

Chocolate-caramel sauce



1.Using a kitchen appliance or blender, crush the cracker into fine crumbs

2.Add sugar and pulse several times to stir

3.Finally add melted butter, beat until the crumbs are moist

4.Press mixture into rock bottom of the 10" springform pan and slightly down.

5.Put it within the freezer until you're able to add your toppings

6.Wrap 2 layers of foil round the outside of the 10" springform pan, ensuring to hide rock bottom and sides.

7.If you're not employing a non-stick frypan , spray the pan liberally with cooking spray

8.Preheat oven to 300ยบ.

9.Using an electrical mixer with paddle, combine cheese and butter and beat until smooth.

10.Add eggs one at a time until combined.

11.Whisk in soured cream

12.Add sugar, cornstarch, caramel bourbon syrup and juice , beat until very smooth

13.Pour into the cold mold that has been prepared

14.Place during a large roasting pan

15.Place the pan within the preheated oven and punctiliously pour boiling water into the roasting pan to fill half the edges of the cheesecake pan.

16.Bake for two to 2.5 hours, or until cake is lightly browned on top. I bake 2 hours, then activate my convection for an additional half-hour .

17.Remove from water bath and foil and let cool to temperature

18.Cover and refrigerate overnight

19.When able to serve, garnish with bacon strips and drizzle with chocolate caramel sauce
