French Cream Puffs


 French Cream Puffs



These beautiful cream puffs will amaze your guests at any party! Soft and airy, this delicious French cream dessert, originally called chou , is that the perfect thanks to pamper yourself!


INGREDIENT:

FOR pastries:

8 ounces = 250 ml of water

8 ounces 250 ml milk

7 ounces = 200 grams of butter

13 oz = 375 g flour, sifted

pinch of salt

9 eggs

FOR FILLING:

34 ounces = 1 liter of milk

16 egg yolks

4 vanilla sticks

9 ounces = 250 g sugar

4 ounces = 120 g flour, sifted

1 teaspoon butter

FOR WHIP CREAM

1 1/2 heavy topping

3 tablespoons of sugar

Powdered sugar


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 390 F = 200 C.

2.Heat the milk and switch off the warmth .

3.Add the vanilla stick seeds and canopy with a lid.

4.In a medium saucepan, add water, milk (which is without vanilla), butter and a pinch of salt and convey to a boil.

5.Remove from heat and switch off the hearth .

6.Immediately add flour and blend well with a whisk until well combined.

7.Allow the mixture to chill slightly then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg until thoroughly combined. The composition should resemble chewing gum and be slightly sticky. If not, add another egg.

8.Transfer the dough into an outsized pastry bag fitted with a flower tip. Make circles on each prepared mold and make small circles for a more spectacular result. If you do not have a flower tip: employing a spoon, scoop spoonfuls of dough (about the dimensions of a walnut) into the pan but not too on the brink of one another (about 2" intervals).

9.Bake for about 20 minutes. don't open the oven for the primary quarter-hour .

10.Once all the dough is cooked and cooked through, let the choux cool completely and cut it in half, horizontally.

11.For garnish: Take 16 egg yolks and blend with sugar and flour, beat well then add vanilla infused milk little by little. Pour into the saucepan and convey to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk, until stiff. Remove from heat and add butter.

12.Then make the topping .

13.Garnish the puffs with vanilla cream and topping .

14.Store within the refrigerator.

15.Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
