HAMBURGER CHOP SUEY
This dish burger may be a food recipe that's easy to organize but also a touch different. Try it, you'll love it!
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound hamburger
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 head of broccoli, dig florets
1 can (10.5 oz) soup and thick rice
1 can (10.5 oz.) Mushroom cream
1 can (8 ounces) chickpeas, drained*
1 cup water
1/3 cup raw rice
1/4 cup soy
Chili oil, to taste
1.In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add beef and sauté until most of the pink color is gone. Add onions, celery and broccoli and sauté for five minutes.
2.Add soup, chickpeas, water, rice, and soy . bring back a boil, cover, close up heat and steam for 20 minutes.
3.Season to taste with chili oil. Serve with dish noodle topping.
