Roasted King Crab - King crab is everyone's favorite crustacean and this recipe for king crab is baked within the oven with Sriracha Meuniere butter . crab are delicious!


2 pounds. (1 kg) king crab

1 stick unsalted butter, at temperature and softened

1 teaspoon Sriracha

1 1/2 tablespoons juice

1/2 tablespoon of sugar

3 pinches smoked paprika and more for sprinkling

1 tablespoon chopped parsley and/or chives


1.Preheat oven to 400°F (207°C).

2.Cut the king crab into shorter pieces using scissors. Cut the crab leg segments lengthwise to show the crab meat. Alternatively, you'll also stop the highest of the shell to reveal the crab meat.
