HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN
Honey Butter Creamy Corn Recipe will be the most popular dish this Thanksgiving and Christmas! You can also make it an easy weekday side dish!
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of butter that I use salted
2 ounces of cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
First, in a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted, add the frozen corn and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
Then, add the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use immediately. Leftovers keep well, covered in a container and stored in the refrigerator. Happy Cooking Time.
